What .happened .with .bin .is that the .batch .file .requires a slash .at the .end of the .path .in the .environment variable .JMETER_BIN .in .to . place .pot .indicate .correctly . After fixing my environment variable by adding my forward slash everything was great. YMMV, this worked for me.
