Validation Settings: When designing a process for a client, we extensively use validations for specific fields based on rules set by the client. The processes include table lookups, formulas, data-type restrictions, check-digit formulas, city, state and zip code lookups etc;

Re-Key Verification: When 100% accuracy is absolutely critical, selected fields or entire documents are re-keyed. After data has been keyed once (or recognized), it is keyed in again by a second independent operator. As each keystroke is made, the system flags any differences.
