A Budding entrepreneur who had visionary impact of work success of Bill Gates encompassed a thought to provide a structured Computer software education training services which evolved a journey of her business life stringed with success.

The first venture of hers “VIJAY EDUCATION & CAREER GUIDANCE CENTRE” on 9th Dec, 1990, floated as a Self employment project to enlighten the career path of the students and to give some own contribution in the field of Education. She started career & employment counseling as well as coaching for various competitive exams for higher studies & employment. These activities got very good response. Her initiation for Career Counseling was huge success. THE FIRST STEPS TOWARDS SELF EMPLOYMENT & ENTREPRENEURSHIP MET WITH ENCOURAGING RESULT.

Initiated “VIJAY COMPUTER ACADEMY” soon with subjective vision to provide methodological computer application training to meet the requirements and evolve industry needed software professionals. The various courses taught at the academy got very good response. She visualized imparting quality education with proper Career & Employment guidance. So she applied to Dept. of Electronics to get recognition to run Govt. recognized quality computer courses. Vijay Computer Academy was accredited to run “O” level course by Dept. of Electronics, Govt. of India launched at various stages since December, 1992. The professional programmer’s certificate of this course is valid for employment for services & posts under central Govt., State Govt., PSUs, and MNCs The academy runs various computer courses related to various fields starting from fundamentals of computers to the advance high-end courses from kids to professionals and executives. VCA is accredited to run globally accepted AICTE approved DOEACC “O”, “A”, “B” level courses.

“VIJAY SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS” established in July 1992 - her third venture, the third major step towards success. It was registered as a Small Scale Industrial Unit (SSI). Under which she has started various activities like Customizing Industrial and Engineering software development on various platforms, Software Consultancy, IT Staffing & Resourcing solutions & Knowledge Process Application Solutions.

A humble thought to serve the communities of rural & tribal areas for their progressive welfare state ,she had registered a public trust called "SARJAN FOUNDATION" in December 1994, for the noble cause to educate rural youth free of cost about various career and employment opportunities as well as apprise them of the basics of computers & IT industry which would be backbone of India's overseas revenue source in years to come.

CEO has been mentoring the substantive & innovative training methodology .She has been publicly appraised for this prowess with "Shiksha Sanman Purashkar " by IERDA in March 2004.
