Objective: This course is designed to aim at imparting a basic level
appreciation programme for the common man.
After completing the course the incumbent is able to the use the computer
for basic purposes of preparing his personnel/business letters, viewing
information on internet (the web), sending mails, preparing his business
presentations, playing games etc. This course is more practical oriented.
As per E-Governance policy of Govt. of Gujarat, CCC
exam is compulsory for new
recruitment & promotion for all the posts, services of class I to III
in Govt. of Gujarat.
Pre-requisites: Since this is a course on Computer Appreciation, no
pre-requisite course is needed. However, it is expected that the person
has some elementary knowledge of English.
Duration: Apx. 90 hrs. , 2 hrs / day, 6 days /
week

3. Basic DOS Commands
4. Elements of Word Processing (MS-WORD)
5. Spreadsheets (MS-EXCEL)
6. Computer communication and internet
7. WWW and web browsers
8. E-mail
9. Making small presentation (MS-POWER POINT)
Examination:
• Online Exam
• Three times in the year ( 4th Sunday of January / May / September )
• Closing date for Filled exam for (30th November / 31st March / 31st July)
